The Construction Specifications Institute is an instrumental player in the specifications realm and in the construction world at large. CSI is responsible for having conceived the paradigm-shifting organizational system MasterFormat® and for having established the significant Construction Document Technology (CDT) certification track, which familiarizes its students with the administrative operations of the construction industry.
Established in 1857, the American Institute of Architects is an architectural community that, among other accomplishments, has heralded standard legal documentation for construction administration and stands as a symbol of architectural expertise, competence, and creativity.
